Order Processing Time

  • Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Worldwide Shipping

  • We're thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to most countries! Please ensure your address is written in English characters, as our system cannot print shipping labels with accented or non-English characters.
  • While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, there are certain areas where delivery may not be available due to logistical constraints. Domestic Shipments and Tracking

  • For customers in the United States, shipping generally takes 3 – 5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. Shipments to US territories and APOs may require an additional week or two.
  • All orders shipped to a US address will receive a tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a day or two from the shipping date to begin seeing updates.

International Shipments and Tracking

  • International orders typically take approximately up to 6 weeks to arrive, with occasional delays of an additional week or two due to customs clearance.
  • If your shipment includes tracking, we encourage you to check it periodically. Sometimes, action may be required by your local customs office, and being proactive can expedite the process.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions. The final cost will be determined at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
    • If you reside outside of the USA, you may be subject to import taxes upon receiving your items. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import tax policies to avoid any unexpected charges.

    Signature Requirement

    • For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of orders, especially for high-value items. This helps ensure that your package reaches you safely and securely.

    Shipping Insurance
