At Orbix, we value your satisfaction and aim to make the return and refund process as easy as possible. Here's what you need to know.

Easy Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That's why we offer a 45-day return window from the date you received your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Starting a return is simple. Just email us at sales@orbix.store or fill out our contact form at https://orbix.store/pages/contact. We'll provide you with clear instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable, as not all returns may qualify for prepaid shipping.

What Can Be Returned?

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • We won't be able to accept returns without prior return authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly, often by sending a replacement within 5 business days.

Exceptions to Returns

  • While most items can be returned, there are exceptions such as gift cards, perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. If you have questions about a specific item, don't hesitate to reach out.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Missing Orders

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe (2 – 4 weeks for US shipments, up to 6 weeks for international), please contact us. We're committed to promptly assisting you in tracking down your order and, if necessary, arranging for a replacement.
